Make a Daily Workout Schedule

This quick breakdown will give you an initial plan of how to reschedule your day so you can get the most out of your workout. This way, you can spend the maximum amount of time working out. The extra few minutes here and there will have a big impact on your overall fitness.

Morning-

Wake up early and have a light, but protein rich breakfast. Oats or poached eggs are good choices. Start by doing some pull ups on wall mounted fitness equipment. After this brief warm up, either go for a jog to a local park or run to the gym. Once at the gym or park stretch out your legs and get back to the push/pulls ups. If your gym has wall mounted fitness equipment use it to replace your pushups and sit ups. You’ll get more from the equipment this way. You can also get more out of it by raising your legs to a 45 degree angle while on the wall equipment. Send roughly 20-30 minutes interchanging exercises.

Lunch time-

Though not everyone can get to the gym at lunch, if you can, do it. If not, use a rest or break room in your office to get in a short session. Do a few cycles of squats mixed with planking, this way you can get the most out of your short session without profusely sweating. Unless your work place has showers you do not want to spend the rest of your day smelling like sweat. Remember, for this one don’t eat before, eat after. Exercising your core muscles shortly after you have eaten will only cause you to fatigue faster.

Evening-

In the evening, you might have more time to work out. This is when you can get weight training in. Begin with a light jog, either to your gym or round the block if you’re working out at home. Once warmed up stretch out either legs or arms, depending on what the focus of the workout is. Then begin small with a lighter weight and do 20 reps of each arm. Slowly increase the weight over time. Even when weight training, try to use wall mounted fitness equipment as using your own body weight is a good way to keep track of your improvement. As time goes on, you will find yourself being able to lift more and get in better shape than ever before.
