For reasons that I will not bore you with; I am planning to move out of a rather nice condo in Atlantic City and move west to Vegas. I do not know if I am not very skilled at internet searches; or if Las Vegas real estate websites are not well put together; but, when I recently tried to search for any sort of condo, at any price; so long as it was located somewhere in Las Vegas City; I hardly found anything. There were plenty of basic houses but condos seemed hard to find.
The CityCenter Development In Paradise
Until I stumbled across CityCenter which; although geographically located in a town called Paradise; is actually slap bang on the Las Vegas Strip. I thought I knew Vegas from all the TV and movies; but, I had not realized that the actual Strip is outside Vegas city limits and runs, for some 4miles, through the aptly named town of Paradise.
The recently completed CityCenter development is reported to have been the biggest, independently financed, development in American history. It comprises 7 major high rise buildings; an upmarket shopping mall; a utilities plant providing electricity, hot water and district cooling; its own fire station; plus a wealth of other amenities. There are some 2,400 new Condos On Las Vegas Strip located within CityCenter. Most of them are in a 37 floors high twin towered building which has the novel feature of the two towers leaning across each other at a 5° angle. The other high rises are mainly hotels, resorts and casinos – there is also a people mover system to take you to adjacent, older parts of the Strip.
CityCenter seems to offer everything that I was looking for when it comes to Condos On Las Vegas Strip; the units in the towers come with many amazing fittings; there is a health and fitness center at the top with great views of the Strip. Obviously, it is conveniently located for the gambling side of Vegas life; but, CityCenter also has a great selection of bars and restaurants within the development; there is even a permanent Cirque Du Soleil performance center right on your doorstep. In fact, the place is 100%+ what I was searching for when looking for Condos On Las Vegas Strip.
