Honeywell was bought by Allied Signal in 1999 but kept the Honeywell name because it was much better known. At that time it was renamed as the Daflure Heating and Cooling Company, and it has been recognized nationally as being in the top one percent of all HVAC companies that have completely satisfied customers.
